how to access the model file?

This is Weiheng from Quebotics, Inc. We are extremely exciting for the release of this model as we have been investigating for human pose estimation on top of 2D image. I tried to apply for the access but the request was denied? Could any one let me know how I could re-apply with appropriate information?
